    We serve Portland and surrounding areas, including Beaverton, Aloha, Tigard, Gresham, Milwaukee, Happy Valley, West Linn, Hillsboro, Tualatin, and Oregon City.
  3. Appointments and Service Call Fee
    Clients can schedule appointments by phone or via the website form. The service call fee is $99.95. This fee will be waived if you choose to proceed with the repair. We require at least a one-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. There are no additional fees for cancellations.
  4. Payment Terms
    We accept major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. Payment is expected upon completion of the service. If our technician cannot fix the appliance, refunds are available. We offer a 30-day guarantee on parts and labor.
  5. Technician Standards
    Our technicians are expected to maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and clear communication during service. The client must not allow animals or children into the technician’s work area. Our company is fully insured.
  6. Service Visit Duration
    The duration of a service visit can vary depending on the repair. Typical visits may last from one to several hours.
  7. Liability
    Hydra Appliance Repair is not liable for any damage or injury that occurs due to client negligence or interference during the repair process. The client is responsible for ensuring the technician’s work area is safe and accessible.
  8. Privacy and Confidentiality
    Hydra Appliance Repair does not store client information on personal servers. We do not share customer information with third parties without explicit consent.
  9. Warranties and Service Limitations
    Our 30-day guarantee covers parts and labor for the repaired appliance. If the problem persists after a repair, contact us, and we’ll address the issue. We do not have limitations on the types of appliances or brands we repair.

    Any disputes arising from our services are governed by the laws of Oregon. In the event of a dispute, please contact us to resolve the issue amicably. If further resolution is needed, Oregon’s legal framework will apply.
