Intermittent Operation Issue
We recently serviced a Frigidaire microwave model FPBM3077RFC in Cedar Mill that was experiencing intermittent operation. The customer reported that the microwave would sometimes turn on and sometimes not, leading to frustration and inconvenience.
Diagnosis and Repair
Upon inspection, our technician discovered that the wires leading to the user interface were damaged. This wiring issue was the root cause of the microwave’s inconsistent performance. To resolve the problem, we replaced the damaged wiring connected to the user interface board. This repair restored the microwave’s intended function, allowing it to operate reliably once again.
