We received a service request for an Edgestar wine cooler that was not cooling properly. The customer was concerned about maintaining the ideal temperature for their wine collection.
Diagnostic Findings and Repair Action
Upon inspection, our technician discovered that the compressor was running but failing to circulate refrigerant gas as required. This issue was the primary reason the wine cooler was unable to maintain the desired cooling levels. To resolve this, we replaced the faulty compressor and recharged the refrigerant system.
After completing the repair, the wine cooler was restored to its intended function, ensuring that the customer’s wine is now kept at the optimal temperature.
