LG Refrigerator Cooling Diagnosis
During a recent service visit in Vancouver, our technician inspected an LG LCFS22EXS/00 refrigerator/freezer that was not cooling properly.
Diagnostic testing found that a refrigerator sensor needed replacement. The cooling system also required an R600a refrigerant recharge to restore proper performance. We recommended replacing the sensor and correctly recharging the sealed system with R600a refrigerant.
- Appliance: LG refrigerator/freezer
- Model: LCFS22EXS/00
- Customer concern: inadequate cooling
- Recommended repair: replace the sensor and recharge with R600a refrigerant

Whirlpool Dryer Motor-Noise Diagnosis
During another Vancouver service visit, our technician inspected a Whirlpool dryer after the customer reported an unusual noise while the appliance was running.
After disassembling the dryer, the noise was traced to the motor, possibly because of worn motor bearings. The drum rollers also did not rotate smoothly and needed lubrication. We recommended replacing the motor and lubricating the drum rollers.
