The Asko dishwasher was reported not powering on, prompting a thorough inspection. Our technician discovered a faulty power terminal connection, although the unit was still receiving power. An error code F12 indicated a potential issue with the water supply, which was likely due to the dishwasher being unused for an extended period. This inactivity caused the water valve to stick and the water level sensors to become dirty.
To address these issues, our technician repaired the power terminal connection and cleaned the water inlet system and sensors. After running four cycles, the dishwasher began functioning properly. The immediate repairs successfully restored the dishwasher’s operation.
